David Pegg

David is a "gamekeeper turned poacher" being a former Senior VAT Inspector with H M Revenue and Customs. He now provides VAT advice and bespoke VAT services to Thomas Westcott's clients and staff.

He specialises in the not for profit, care and land and property sectors, but is very much a generalist providing compliance advice and planning services to a wide range of businesses and to other professionals.

David is principally based in our Exeter office but has responsibility for VAT services across all the firm's offices.
