Jane Evans

Jane is a Tax Adviser who deals with a wide range of private client tax issues for the firm's clients. Her specialisms include

Capital gains tax, inheritance tax, income tax and national insurance contributions
Taxation of property transactions and landed estates
International tax matters. For example the taxation of foreign income, overseas holiday homes, emigration issues, and businesses with employees located overseas
Non-UK domiciled taxation and offshore trusts
Taxation of highly-remunerated executives including share schemes, limited partnerships, employee incentive plans and bonus schemes

Jane qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992, as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1999 and as a Trusts and Estates Practitioner in 2005.

Jane is based in our Exeter office.
