Michael Marsh

Michael is the firm's tax partner. He looks after a portfolio of clients, of which many have particularly complex tax affairs.

Michael provides advice on all aspects of UK taxation but with an emphasis on business tax planning and capital gains tax issues. He also deals regularly with residency, stamp duty and inheritance tax matters amongst others.

Michael has particular expertise in the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions and disposals. He advises not only our own clients but other professionals in this area.

Michael is based in our Exeter and Honiton offices.
