Richard Thomas

Richard is the firm's senior partner. He acts for a wide range of corporate and professional clients including groups which operate across the UK and internationally. Richard is experienced in advising his clients on business structures, accountancy and taxation matters.

He is a member of the Academy of Experts and is experienced as a forensic accountant and expert witness with a reputation for giving authoritative support to both the court and litigants. Richard has particular expertise in business and company valuations, partnership and corporate disputes, matrimonial and personal injury cases.

He is a member of the Institute of Directors and of the Audit, Tax and Corporate Finance Faculties of the Institute of Accountants in England and Wales.

Richard is also the firm's lead partner in the practice's international association - IGAF Worldwide.

Richard is based in our Exeter and Honiton offices.
